Dominator Fabrication Trailer Warranty

This warranty applies to trailers built by Dominator Fabrication and sold through Dominator Fabrication or an authorized Dominator Fabrication dealer. Dealers, please share these terms with your customers at the time of sale.

Coverage

  • Frame and structure: Lifetime warranty for the original owner.
  • All other components: 30 days. This includes electrical, lights, wiring, paint and coating, decking, fenders, hardware, and all other components not listed above.

Parts Only

Coverage is for parts only. The warranty does not cover labor, transport, towing, lodging, or loss of use.

Components Warranted by Other Manufacturers

  • Axles, springs, hubs and brakes are warranted by Rockwell American. Claims for these components go through Rockwell American.
  • Tires are warranted by the tire manufacturer.

Original Owner Only

  • This warranty is not transferable. It covers only the first, original owner.
  • Proof of purchase (bill of sale) is required for every claim.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by:

  • Loading beyond the trailer's GVWR
  • Abuse or misuse
  • Accidents
  • Alterations or added welding
  • Rust or corrosion from neglect
  • Normal wear
  • Improper hitch or towing

Warranty Service

  • The trailer must be returned to Dominator Fabrication or to the authorized Dominator Fabrication dealer that sold it, for inspection and repair.
  • Outside repair shops may not be used. Dominator Fabrication does not pay other shops for warranty work.

How to File a Claim

Contact your dealer or Dominator Fabrication and provide:

  • Photos of the issue
  • The trailer's VIN
  • Your bill of sale
