Honda Comet P40 Batch Bandit

Stop batch mixing and start controlling your softwash system from the field. The Batch Bandit is a complete, plug-and-play Honda Comet P40 softwash system designed to simplify chemical proportioning, application, and flushing. Each system arrives fully assembled and ready for installation—simply connect your water supply, SH supply, bypass, and discharge hose to your reel.

The Batch Bandit combines an electric-start Honda engine, Comet P40 gas softwash pump, 1" inlet plumbing, 1" proportioner, and full remote control system into one compact package. From the remote, you can start and stop the P40 and switch between chemical application and automatic flush modes without walking back to your equipment.

Remote SH & Automatic Flush Control

The Batch Bandit's remote-controlled valve system makes switching between sodium hypochlorite and fresh water simple.

FLUSH MODE:
In Flush Mode, the system automatically pulls fresh water and routes it through the SH side of the system. The soap solenoid remains closed, preventing soap from being introduced. This allows fresh water to move through the chemical side of the P40 system for fast, convenient flushing after chemical application.

SH MODE:
Press Button 3 on the remote to activate SH Mode. The TeeJet valve switches the system from fresh water to SH while simultaneously opening the soap solenoid, allowing surfactant to flow. Your proportioner remains available to control your desired chemical mixture.

When you're finished applying chemical, simply press Button 3 again. The system returns to fresh water and closes the soap solenoid, allowing you to immediately begin flushing the chemical side of the system.

Defaults to Flush Mode

The Batch Bandit is intentionally designed to always default to Flush Mode when the remote control system is powered on.

If your remote is lost, damaged, or has a dead battery, you can use the power button located directly on the control box. Cycle the remote system OFF and back ON, and the Batch Bandit automatically returns to Flush Mode. This gives you a manual failsafe for rinsing chemical from your equipment at the end of the job without relying on a functioning remote.
